How can I return my Soft Revolt product?Updated 4 months ago

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your package within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused (unwashed, free of makeup or sweat stains) and in the same condition as when you received it.

Returns in three easy steps:

1. Fill out the return form in the returns portal.

2. Place the product back in the box, in its original packaging, seal the box, and attach the return label you receive from us.

3. Drop off your package at a collection point and keep the proof of shipment.

Once the package is received at our warehouse, it takes a few business days to process. If the product is in the correct condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within a few days.

Note: Return shipping costs are at your own expense. As a starting lingerie brand and for sustainability reasons, we cannot cover all costs and appreciate your understanding.

Returns are manually approved, which may take slightly longer before you can proceed with your return. Once approved, you can download the return label in the returns portal.
