Can I track my shipment?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package. If you haven’t received an email, please contact our customer service.

Can I try on or buy the product in a store?

We currently don’t have any physical stores for trying on our products, but you can book an online fitting here. You’re always welcome to visit our office at Valschermkade 26a in Amsterdam for a physical fitting. You can schedule an appointment here.

My package is missing?

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the EU.

When can I expect my order?

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands costs €4.25. Orders over €100 are shipped free of charge. Currently, we only ship outside the Netherlands within the EU. Shipping costs to other EU countries will be displayed at checkout. Orders over €150 are shipped

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders. Once your order has been placed, it is final. You can return the product after receiving it. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
